About Appearperhaps Tree Service: A Referral Service

Who we are

Appearperhaps Tree Service is a referral service for tree work. Connector, not contractor. We do not climb, cut, grind, or haul. Independent local providers do all of that.

Why this site exists

Finding a tree provider can be slow. Homeowners are busy. A storm hits, a limb cracks, or a stump gets in the way, and it is hard to know who to trust or where to start. This site gives you one clear place to begin.

How it works: first, next, then

1. First, you describe your tree job by phone or through the request form. 2. Next, we route your request to a provider in our network that serves your area. 3. Then, you and the provider talk directly. You agree on scope, timing, and price between you.

That is where our part ends.

How calls are routed

When you request a callback, you reach a line that passes you to a provider in our network. The provider you reach is independent. Availability changes by provider and by day, so ask what is open.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are asked to:

  • Give a clear written quote before work starts.
  • Explain the plan in plain words.
  • Respect your property, your neighbors, and your schedule.
  • Hold the licenses and insurance their work requires, and share proof when you ask.

We do not verify every claim, so please check for yourself.

What we do not do

  • We do not perform tree work.
  • We do not set prices.
  • We do not promise a provider's schedule.
  • We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How we are paid

Homeowners do not pay Appearperhaps Tree Service to be connected. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals they receive. That does not change the price you and the provider agree on. You are never required to hire the provider you talk to.

Before you say yes

Take a few minutes to compare. Ask for the scope in writing, check that the provider's name matches the paperwork, and keep photos of the tree before work starts. If something sounds unclear, ask again. A good provider will not mind the questions, and clear answers now can prevent surprises on the day of the job.

Plan around home life

Tell the provider about school runs, work from home hours, pets, and parking. Good providers can often plan the job to keep disruption low.
